Pigtoken Finance Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pigtoken Finance website, decentralized protocol, and e-commerce platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. 

2. Community Governance

Pigtoken Finance is a 100% community-driven project. All strategic decisions, including the transition to e-commerce and the real economy, are guided by community consensus. You acknowledge that the Project has no centralized "CEO" or "Headquarters" and operates through decentralized autonomy. 

3. E-commerce & Physical Goods

• Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by users. 
• Product Descriptions: While we strive for accuracy, descriptions of physical goods are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly. 
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

4. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot recover assets lost due to compromised wallets. 
• Smart Contract Risk: You interact with our smart contracts at your own risk. While audited by the community, software may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. 

5. Payments & Fees 

• Gas Fees: Users are responsible for all network transaction fees (Gas Fees) on the Binance Smart Chain. 
• Refunds: Refunds for e-commerce purchases will be handled according to specific product policies. Refunds for token transactions or "slippage" during trading are not possible. 

6. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to: 

• Use the Services for any illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud. 
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities. 
• Provide false identification or shipping information. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pigtoken Finance and its community contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of physical goods. 

8. Modifications 

The community reserves the right to modify these terms at any time via governance voting or announcement. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
